Ashley Heiden moved back to the bay area in 2007 from Richmond, Virginia. She currently

resides in Martinez with her family and dog Bella.

Ashley enjoys spending as much time with her family and friends as possible, taking her dog to the beach and traveling. She is currently going back to college to finish her bachelor’s degree.

Ashley joined our team in March 2009 as our  front Desk/Public Relations Manager. Ashley is the "go to" person for scheduling. Jessica Brohman is our Back Office Assistant. Jessica joined our team September 2009. She was born and raised in the Bay Area and comes from a family of 5 sisters and 1 brother. Jessica maintains our patient flow and assists Dr.Belusa with patient therapy needs.

Currently Jessica resides in Oakley with her youngest sister Darlene and three dogs! Jessica graduated from Western Career College in 2005 as a Medical Assistant. When Jessica is not working she enjoys playing soccer, kickboxing and taking her dogs on long walks. Jessica’s biggest passion in life is working in the medical field and one day hopes to become a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant.

                                                                                                                                                            

Heidi is a native of the Bay Area, born in Oakland. She has two children Danielle and Kaiden. Heidi joined our practice in August 2008 and is currently in charge of patient accounting and insurance billing.

Heidi currently owns and operates an independent insurance billing service when she is not with us. She has over 20 years of insurance billing and accounting experience and graduated from Suisun Valley College with an A.S. in sports medicine.

Heidi has been on all sides of an insurance claim, from patient, to therapist, and auto collision estimator/insurance biller, to medical office manager. She specializes in fighting for your rights and maximizing your insurance benefits. If you have any questions or insurance needs she is the one to call.
